It’s important you update your email address with us, so that you can stay up to date with your account. We’ll use this to let you know you’ve got a new document to view or to send you important information.

You can update your email address and document preference by logging into your account. Select Profile at the top right of the product page. Then select the Security and Notifications tab, where you'll be able to update your email address and communication preferences.
If you haven't activated your account yet, follow the activation instructions. You'll need your account number (from, for example, a statement) and your National Insurance number.
