Product Finder information

The product finder will help you find your product if you are not sure which one you use. It will also give you the option to remember your product so that then next time you need to login or get support it will be easier to find the product you use.

Policy and Wrapper ID structures:

Aegon Retirement Choices
For customers with an 8 digit plan numbers starting with a 7.

One Retirement
For customers with a 6 or 8 digit investor number starting with a 2.

Aegon & Scottish Equitable Pensions and Bonds
Excluding zeros at the start, plan numbers are usually 7 or 6 digits long. Some plan numbers are prefixed with UP.

Aegon Platform
For investor IDs beginning with 3 and Wrapper 8 or for customers of Cofunds prior to 2017.

TargetPlan
For all TargetPlan account holders with accounts beginning A/00 and for customers with an Aegon TargetPlan workplace pension through an employer.

Retiready
For Investor IDs beginning with 2 and Wrapper 7 and for customers with Retiready retirement savings through an employer, or for customers with a 6 or 8 digit investor number starting with a 2.

Aegon Platform (previously Nationwide Building Society)
For investor IDs beginning with 4 and wrapper IDs beginning with 9. This service was provided via Investor Portfolio Service (IPS) prior to 2019.

Protection
When using the policy finder, please include your full policy number beginning with 'L01'.
