Why we’ve resumed trading

The issue with the third-party data supplier has been resolved, and on 28 August 2025, the underlying funds resumed trading. As a result of this, we resumed trading in the Aegon LEBC Portfolios 1-10 (ARC) fund range.

What this means for current investors in these funds

The funds have resumed trading, which means investors can now make payments into and out of the funds as normal. Any requests for redemptions (payments out) from the fund made after 28 August 2025 will be fulfilled.

What happens to regular payments?

Regular payments into the fund will continue as normal now that the funds have resumed trading. Single premiums, switches and transfers can also resume as normal. Please note, any payments intended for the fund while it was suspended will have been redirected to the investors individual cash facility.

Any payments made under these circumstances will remain there until you give us clear instructions to switch into an alternative investment if you wish to do so.

If you receive an income

If you previously received an income from any of the affected funds, this will have stopped if this was the only fund you hold. This will now resume as normal. If you held more than one fund in your portfolio, income was taken from those while the impacted funds were suspended.

Income will continue to be paid from those funds unless you give us a clear instruction to resume taking income from the previously suspended fund.

If you hold this fund in a model portfolio

If you hold any of the impacted funds as part of a model portfolio and the portfolio experiences a rebalance, this fund will now be included.

What current investors need to do

Now that the funds have resumed trading, for most activity related to your plan, you don’t need to do anything. Current valuations can be obtained online. However, to reinvest any payments originally intended for the fund that were re-directed to the individual cash facility, you’ll need to give us clear instructions to switch into an alternative investment if you wish to do so. If you hold more than one fund in your portfolio, previously received an income from any of the suspended funds and want that income to resume, you’ll need to contact us to let us know as soon as possible.

The value of an investment, and any income you take from it, can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed. You could get back less than you invest.

If you’re uncertain about how this affects you, or you need advice about your investments you should speak to your financial adviser in the first instance. There’s likely to be a charge for this.
