It’s important that anyone invested in the LF Equity Income fund reads the information carefully.

On 7 September 2023, we received an update about the LF Equity Income fund (formerly the LF Woodford Equity Income Fund) from Link Fund Solutions Limited (LFSL) the fund’s Authorised Corporate Director (ACD)[1].

October 2023 update

On 20 October 2023, we received a further update from LFSL detailing how Scheme Creditors can vote on the Scheme. You can view all the documents supplied by LFSL about the Scheme via the LF Equity Income Fund Settlement Scheme website.

What this means for investors

If you want to vote, you must do it through the LF Woodford Fund Scheme online portal. Please do not return voting forms to us.

You can find more information on how to vote, including access to the voting form directly, from LFSL. Please note, the deadline for voting is 4 December 2023.
