On the 28 August 2025, we’re updating the fund objective and benchmark for the Aegon BlackRock Market Advantage (BLK) fund. Nothing else about the fund will change because of this.

The changes in more detail

The fund objective explains how the fund invests and what it’s trying to achieve for investors. Benchmarks are used to measure a fund’s performance against similar types of investments, similar markets or regions.

The underlying fund manager, BlackRock, is replacing the old benchmark of the underlying fund with a new benchmark they feel better reflects the type of investments the fund holds. The fund objective will also be updated.

To make sure our version of the fund match the underlying fund, we’re updating it.
