You should only use the following help and support information if you have an Aegon or Scottish Equitable pension and/or bond.
Usually, these have plan numbers containing six or seven numbers, excluding the zeros at the beginning, though some plan numbers may start with 'UP'. Simply enter your plan number to find out which type of plan you have.

Accessing your pension
You can start taking your pension benefits from age 55 (changing to 57 on 6 April 2028) unless you're in ill-health and unable to work, or you have a protected pension age where you may be able to take your benefits earlier.
