If you have a financial adviser, you may want to talk to them about the transfer and your protection policy. If you no longer have an adviser, visit MoneyHelper to find the right one for you.

Please have to hand your policy number when you contact us. You can find this at the top of the letter we posted to you or on your policy schedule document.

Making a claim under your policy before 1 July 2024

If you need to make a claim under your policy before 1 July 2024, you should contact us as soon as you can. The earlier you let us know, the sooner we’ll be able to start gathering the information we need to assess your claim.

The quickest way to tell us about a claim is to call us on 03456 00 04 93, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (call charges will vary). You can choose to complete your claim over the phone with a dedicated claims assessor, or we’ll send you a form in the post.
