I'm having trouble logging in

When logging in if you get your password wrong three times in a row you will be locked out of your account. If this happens please contact us to reset your password, you can find our contact details on the contact us page.

When you signed up your password would have been created with the following criteria:

  • Between 10 and 128 characters.
  • Contains letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9).
  • Contains one of the following special characters: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
  • Contain at least one small letter, at least one capital letter and at least one number.
  • Not contain 3 or more consecutive repeating characters (example: 000) or sequences (example: abc,cba,123,321).
