As part of our ongoing commitment to make it easier for you to do business with us, we now accept scanned copies of the following client-signed forms by email:

  • Pension transfer authority forms for your client’s Aegon Retirement Choices (ARC) Self-invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and/or One Retirement account(s).
  • Re-registration authority forms, for your clients ARC SIPP, general investment account (GIA) and ISA. If your clients are re-registering their investments into their ARC SIPP they’ll need to complete both forms and send it to us in the same email.

Pension transfer authority forms are only available for transfers accepted by Origo Options (the Origo Transfer Service).

Re-registration authority forms are only available for transfers accepted by Altus Transfer Gateway (Altus).

If any transfers are declined by the Origo Transfer Service or Altus you'll need to send the original signed document to us.

If you'd like to email these forms to us take a look at our FAQs below to find out the steps you need to follow.

Please make sure you read all of these questions carefully as they explain the terms you're accepting if you submit a form to us by email.

If your client wants to transfer a pension from another provider to their ARC SIPP and/or their One Retirement account they need to complete and sign a pension transfer authority form.

If your client wants to transfer their investment from another provider to their ARC SIPP, GIA or ISA, and wants their investment to remain fully invested in the market during the transfer, they’ll need to complete and sign a re-registration authority form. If they’re looking to re-register their investments into their ARC SIPP they’ll also need to complete a pension transfer authority form and send it to us in the same email.

We want to make doing business with us easier for you and your clients – the ability to send forms by email will reduce postal delays, making the whole process quicker.

The pension transfer authority form is for customers who already have an ARC SIPP or One Retirement account with us, or a pending application with us for these products.

The re-registration authority form is for customers who already have an ARC SIPP, GIA or ISA with us or a pending application with us for one of these products. This can’t be used for corporate or trust GIAs.

We must receive the submitted form within six months of it being signed by your client. This applies to both the pension transfer authority form and the re-registration authority form.

No. If the pension or investment can’t be transferred using the Origo Transfer Service or Altus you’ll need to post the respective form(s) to us - the address details are on the forms.
