Scheme support

We provide welcome videos and presentations that explain how the scheme works, the investments available, and how members can access their online services. Our welcome materials include a bespoke investment options brochure that outlines members investment options in simple terms. Investors can also access our risk questionnaire.

Investment education

Access to broader educational support and videos to engage members – such as our Investing: the basics video, and some helpful tips on investing.

We support scheme members when they need it most, such as when markets are volatile, or a change in circumstance impacts their pension savings. Scheme members can call our contact centre or view support materials online.

If a fund materially changes we contact investors directly via post or email, as well as posting an update online.
