It might also be called your policy number, plan number, investor ID, wrapper number, account number or investor number. Where to log in and their unique numbers:
Aegon Retirement Choices/One Retirement
For customers with a six or eight digit customer number that starts with a 2. Or an eight digit wrapper number that starts with a 7.
Aegon & Scottish Equitable Pensions and Bonds
For customers with a six or seven digit plan number (excluding zeros at the start). Some may have UP at the start.
Aegon Platform
For customers with an eight digit customer number that starts with 3. Or an eight digit wrapper number that starts with a 3 or an 8. If invested before 2017, this was previously Cofunds or Investor Portfolio Service (IPS). You may have a reference starting with 5 but this is no longer in use. Please use your customer number or wrapper number starting with the numbers we show above.
TargetPlan
For customers with an account number that starts with A/00 and is nine digits long (after the A and including the zeros).
Retiready
For customers with a six or eight digit Retiready account number that starts with a 2. Or an eight digit wrapper number (number shown after product name on your statement) that starts with a 7.
Aegon Platform (previously Nationwide Building Society)
For customers with eight digit customer number that starts with a 4. Or eight digit wrapper number that starts with a 9.
