Speaking up plays an important role in helping us maintain high standards of ethical behaviour and protect our colleagues, customers and wider stakeholders.

If you have a concern about potential misconduct, wrongdoing, or behaviour that doesn’t align with our values or Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up. All concerns are taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

The Aegon Speak Up Service is run by an independent provider and provides a safe environment to raise concerns. You can speak up confidentially or anonymously, if that is your preference.

When you submit a report, you will receive a confidential access number so you can check progress or provide further information if needed. All reports are reviewed by our independent Internal Audit team. 

Anyone raising a concern in good faith will be protected from unfair treatment as a result of speaking up.
