How will we do that?

To keep your personal information safe, we'll send you a secure email using Unipass Mailock. This will allow us to encrypt the email we're sending you to keep the contents safe.

How to decrypt your email

  • If you're a financial adviser, you'll be able to easily access your email with your Unipass Identity.
  • If you don't have a Unipass Identity or you're an investor or Aegon customer, you'll be sent a code to unlock the email. This is valid for five minutes from when you start to open the secure email. When you key this code in, we'll know it's you that's accessing your email. Don't worry if the code expires, you can simply ask us to send you another one.
