Why have you applied an exclusion to my benefit(s)?

When you apply for protection cover, if you've a condition/illness that we're unable to insure, rather than decline cover completely, we can offer cover to you but apply an exclusion. This means we'll not pay a claim if it's connected to the particular condition/illness.
