When will I hear about my claim?

We'll arrange a tele-claims interview, or send you a paper claim form to complete, within 24 hours of you telling us you'd like to make a claim on your policy. We aim to respond to all other claims correspondence within five working days.
We'll phone you to keep you up to date with how we're progressing with your claim, and we'll let you know the outcome once we've completed our assessment.
