You should contact us as soon as you think you have a claim. The earlier you let us know, the sooner we'll be able to start gathering the information we'll need to assess your claim.

The quickest way to tell us about a claim is by calling us on 03456 00 04 93 (call charges will vary). We'll gather some information from you about your illness or condition.

You can choose to complete your claim over the phone with a dedicated claims assessor, or we'll send you a form in the post.
