How do I process leavers on SmartPay?

Enter a valid leaving date (format dd/mm/yyyy) to show this member as leaving the scheme. If contributions are submitted for the current month, the member will be processed as a leaver after the contribution has applied. If the leaving date was imported or confirmed at the matching stage of the import, the leaving date will be populated from this.

If edits aren’t required for the member, select ‘Cancel’ to return to ‘Member payments’. You can also select ‘Member payments’ from the navigation bar. To save and update the information entered for the member, select ‘Update the member’. Confirmation the change has been accepted will be shown immediately, but it won’t appear online until the following day.
