What is Aegon's recruitment process?

If we invite you to interview, we’ll send you some information to help you prepare. We use competency based interviews to assess your skills, experience and suitability for the role.

These are structured interviews that ask you to demonstrate real-life examples of your experiences during your career.

As well as assessing your technical ability to do the role, they also examine the way we want people to work and behave within Aegon.

You may also be asked to complete an assessment as part of the interview process for example a role play exercise or preparing a presentation.

The manager will let you know in advance what the interview will involve.
