What support do you offer advisers signing up for Aegon Retirement Choices (ARC)?

ARC is designed to be as user-friendly and intuitive as possible, but of course there will be times when you need extra support and guidance. Our support mechanisms are designed to make the transition to ARC as simple as possible for you:

Understand your needs

Our Business Development Managers, Business Development Consultants and Platform Implementation Managers will be on hand to help you with any queries you might have. They’ll advise you on all aspects of the ARC proposition, and work with you to understand your business objectives and help ensure your goals will be met by ARC.

They’ll also work with you to understand any needs that you have for integrating the information on the platform with your back office system.

Simple implementation

Your dedicated Platform Implementation Manager will be on hand to guide you through the implementation of ARC into your business. They’ll make sure ARC is fully integrated into your business and provide you with the training and support that you need to get up and running with using the platform.

Post-implementation support

And post-implementation you'll get the following support:

  • A dedicated helpline - if you can’t find the answer to your question online, a dedicated telephone helpdesk will be available Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
  • Online support - when ARC is embedded into your business, you’ll find the answers to most questions using our range of material, including user guides.
  • Educational support - our website will keep you up to date on industry issues such as RDR and pensions reform.

In addition, our regional sales centres will be on hand to support you, as well as our specialist tax and technical teams.
