Why has the date I receive my consolidated tax certificate changed?

New regulations came into effect on 3 January 2018 changing how we send statements to some customers as follows:

  • If you currently receive a statement every six months, in the future you’ll receive your statement every quarter.
  • The date you receive your statement will now also be driven by the date your product wrapper started.
  • If you receive a consolidated tax certificate with your general investment account statement, it will now be issued with your first statement after the tax-year end or your next quarterly statement.
