What charges are included in fund performance figures?04 December 2014
For ARC and One Retirement investors, performance figures take into account the fund/investment charge. The fund charge covers the cost of managing the fund/investment and checking it's performing as expected and will vary depending on the assets invested in. You will have to pay any applicable product and adviser charges on top of this, which aren't included in the fund performance shown.
For our other pension and life customers, it's slightly different. Fund performance takes into account the product charge plus the fund-related charges. For the purposes of reporting performance on factsheets and our investment list, we use the standard product charge of 1%. If you pay a different product charge, you can see performance relating to the charges you pay by logging into you account or on your annual statement.
