Aegon Trilogy Emerging Markets Equity (BLK) fund name change
This is an Aegon TargetPlan update
On 3 December 2019, the fund name for the Aegon Trilogy Emerging Markets Equity (BLK) fund will change to the Aegon GW&K Trilogy Emerging Markets Equity (BLK) fund.
This change applies to all share classes available for this fund on TargetPlan.
Why we’re changing the fund name
Early in 2019, the underlying fund manager, Trilogy Global Advisers, partnered with GW&K Investment Management. To better reflect this agreement between the two firms, they advised us that they were changing the underlying fund name from Trilogy Emerging Markets Equity to GW&K Trilogy Emerging Markets Equity.
To ensure consistency for our customers, we’re now changing our fund names to match the underlying fund name.
We’ll be updating our literature with these changes, but investors may notice both the old and new information in use for a time.
