We're continually looking at ways to improve how you apply for protection with us. That's why we've launched more improvements to our online service.

What's new?

  • You can now apply for all of our Personal Protection benefits online.
  • We’ve improved the income protection illustration process, so you'll know if there are any restrictions, based on your clients’ occupation and earnings.
  • We’ve included the policy start date in the final confirmation screen so you know exactly when the policy goes on risk.
  • We’ve made a number of small user improvements to make our online service even easier to use.

You can now apply for our full suite of family income benefits online. Whether it's life, critical illness or life with critical illness cover, these could be cost-effective options to suit your clients’ needs.
