Protection document service update

From 29 July 2017, we’ll send requirements letters which tell you what we need to progress an application, and any associated reminder letters, electronically to you through our Protection document service. 

Hopefully you’re already familiar with receiving acceptance terms and illustrations electronically from us through this service. 

If you’ve not yet used our Protection document service, you just need a username and password for our online services to get started. If you don’t already have one, you can register today(Opens new window).

Why use our Protection document service?

We want to be able to get more documents to you earlier – helping you get cover in place for your clients’ more quickly. By sending important documents to you electronically through our Protection document service, you should receive them, on average, three days quicker than if we posted them to you.
