Flexible Pension Plan (FPP) update

As we continue to develop and strengthen our platform, we’ve taken the decision to close our Flexible Pension Plan (FPP) to new customers.         

Additional contributions into your clients’ existing FPPs or applications already in progress aren’t affected. As part of this change, we’re removing quote and apply services from our secure extranet.

Key dates

  • From 23 March 2019, you won’t be able to apply for a Flexible Pension Plan.
  • Please submit online FPP applications by midnight on 22 March 2019.
  • From 23 March onwards you should contact our Customer Services team on 03456 10 00 10 to request an increment quote for your existing FPP clients.

Charge deduction information

From 23 March 2019, charge deduction information won’t be available through our secure extranet. Please contact our Customer Services team on 03456 10 00 10 for details of charges paid by your clients.
