AEGON Benefit Solutions, specialist Employee Benefits provider of the ‘mybenefits’ platform, has made two new appointments with  Erica Morrison joining as Head of Customer Services and Malaz Idris recruited as Marketing Manager.

New Head of Customer Services Erica Morrison has been in the field of Customer Services for 20 years, with a strong background in change management, sales management and Health and Safety. Previously she was in the film and entertainment industry heading up UK Customer Services for distribution and supply chain management for The Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Columbia Tri-Star and BBC Worldwide.  Erica has been brought into the business to further develop and drive the customer facing side of the business as AEGON Benefit Solutions moves away from being a pure software development business to being more customer service focussed.

Malaz Idris has been appointed Marketing Manager and has been in the marketing industry for six years, having worked at emap publishing, the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and GovNet Events. Malaz has experience in marketing events and conferences and working with specialist publications. Her new role will focus around promoting the ‘mybenefits’ platform as well as the unique financial education portal ‘mymoneypal’ and will continue to develop the voluntary benefits portal ‘mydiscountclub’. Malaz will also play an important role in providing marketing and PR support for the intermediaries currently distributing the proposition.
