As well as being your single point of contact with us, your CRM can also act as scheme secretary. They’ll draft meeting agendas, take minutes and ensure any action points are followed up.

Working closely with your financial adviser, your appointed CRM will be there to give you proactive support when you need it most.

We can send you regular trustee newsletters, giving you all the information you need to answer your members’ queries, and can develop scheme-specific newsletters. We’ve also designed a report to help you meet your regulatory disclosure requirements.

Your members can get information on their pension benefits using our innovative software. They’ll also have access to a helpdesk to answer all their questions, and we can set up and run a scheme-specific website.

To help you understand your responsibilities, we run regular training courses across the country for both new and existing trustees. These cover a wide range of subjects, such as asset allocation, fund selection and operational risk. We can also run trustee training sessions specifically tailored for your scheme.

PensionPal is a web-based scheme management system, designed specifically for pension scheme trustees. It can store all your scheme documents online and help manage your trustee calendar.
