Services

What schemes do you cater for?

We offer specialist support and services to all defined benefit pension schemes in the UK. Our experts can design a service solution to meet your individual needs and budget.

Do you only cater for new schemes, or will you take over existing ones?

We're happy to look at both. However, we expect that most of the schemes we're asked to consider will already be established.

Can you provide actuarial services only?

Normally, we don't. However, we may be able to help in some situations. You can contact us for further details.

Charges

Do you pay any commission to financial advisers?

Yes. Where appropriate, we'll either pay commission as a one-off deduction from the fund or by deducting units. We'll always inform the scheme trustees in advance about how and in what circumstances we'll pay commission.

What charges do you apply?

Your service package will be individually tailored to meet the needs of your scheme, and our charges reflect that. Our charges take into account the complexities of your scheme, the services you take out with us and the level of support you need.

Our rates are competitive and we'll always consider any restrictions you may have with your budget.

Do your charges increase?

Generally speaking, our charges will increase each year in line with the rise in National Average Earnings.

How are charges collected?

Our charges can be collected through a yearly management charge deducted from the fund or through invoiced regular/one-off payments. The basis and frequency of how we collect our charges will be agreed with you in advance.
