Our Group Self-invested Personal Pension (GSIPP) offers all the features of our Group Personal Pension, but with added flexibility and investment choice.

Our GSIPPs are set up in the same way as our other group schemes and offer these added features:

No hidden costs – members only pay for the services they use
Tiered access – members can easily access the areas of self-investment they want
New option to pay regular contributions into insured or self-invested assets, or both
Members and advisers can manage their trades online 24 hours a day
Improved investment choices, including the ability to roll over company shares
Complies with auto-enrolment proposals
If the self investment option is chosen the additional charges would depend on the investment selected and the size of the investment. £1,000 must remain in insured funds to activate the self invested element.

want to offer all or some employees a good benefit package and access to non-insured investment options
are looking for a flexible arrangement, for example one-off contributions and the ability to transfer
are looking for plan charges that aren’t just based on an annual management charge
would like a contract scheme with a wide range of insured funds
have employees who would benefit from the lower charges of a group scheme

Group Self-invested Personal Pensions may not be suitable if you:

want to contribute less than 3% of your employees’ salaries and they’ll be making low contributions
have employees who don’t want to make their own investment decisions
would prefer to take on less responsibility for running the scheme
