1. AEGON trademarks and logos
   AEGON UK plc, or its parent company, owns all AEGON trademarks and logos set out in the next page and reserves all rights to them. Subject to you accepting these terms and conditions of use, AEGON will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the AEGON trademarks and logos set out in the next page for the following purposes:
   
   • as a link on your website (to link to the AEGON website or the website of any company within its group)
   • written publications
   • reports to clients
   • to sit alongside insurance company information, quote facilities, promotional articles or confirmation of sponsorship of an event
   • any such other purpose you reasonably require when acting within your normal and legitimate business activities
2. Conditions of use
   
   • If you intend to use an AEGON trademark or logo on a web page, you must make sure that there's a minimum spacing of 25 pixels between each side of the trademark or logo and other graphic or textual elements on the web page.
   • You must download the original AEGON trademark or logo files. You must not use screen prints to extract the AEGON trademarks or logos.
   • You must acknowledge AEGON's ownership of the trademark or logo as a footer, or alongside the trademark or logo.
   • You must not use the AEGON trademarks or logos to link to specific content, such as PDFs, except with AEGON's prior consent.
   • You must not alter, change or modify any of the AEGON trademarks or logos, in whole or in part. If you require any alteration, change or modification to the AEGON trademarks or logos to suit your website or publication (including without limitation any resizing, re-colouring, stretching or cropping of the AEGON trademarks or logos) you must contact AEGON for consent.
   • Where there are any legal and/or regulatory requirements about the trademark or logo presentation, you must present the AEGON trademarks or logos in a way which meets those requirements.
   • All references to the AEGON trademarks or logos must be truthful, fair and not misleading.
   • You must not incorporate AEGON trademarks or logos into your own product name, service names, trademarks, logos or company names.
   • You must not adopt trademarks or logos that are confusingly similar to the AEGON trademarks or logos.
   • You must not use the AEGON trademarks or logos in a way that would affect the goodwill of AEGON, any of its group companies or its products or services.
   • You must not copy, store, re-publish or redistribute any of the AEGON trademarks or logos, in whole or in part, for any commercial gain.
   • You must only use AEGON-approved artwork when using the AEGON trademarks or logos.

AEGON reserves the right to monitor any use made of its trademarks and logos and is entitled to terminate the license granted under these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. If AEGON terminates this licence, you must immediately stop using any and all AEGON trademarks and logos and remove them from all places where you have downloaded, copied, reproduced or stored the AEGON trademarks or logos and provide written confirmation to AEGON that you have done so.
