I've forgotten my password or user ID, what do I do?

If you've supplied your secret questions and answers via our online services, you can use our automated forgotten password and forgotten user ID services. If you haven't yet supplied this information, please contact our helpdesk.

Can I update my plan details online?

Yes, our online services facility has the facility to notify us of a name or address change and you can also switch funds.
