Scottish Equitable joined the AEGON Group in 1994, and became AEGON Scottish Equitable in 2006. This means if you originally took out your plan with Scottish Equitable, it’s now administered by AEGON.
Why don't you have my details
We’re committed to keeping our records up to date, but changing circumstances can lead to inconsistencies.
The details we hold for you could be out of date if you’ve:
- changed your address – moving is a busy time and customers often forget to tell us their new address. If we can’t contact you, you could be missing out on important information about your plan.
- held a plan with a previous employer – if you had a plan with a previous employer, you may have lost track of it over time. But your plan may still exist, and if so, we want to keep you informed about it.
If you have a plan with us, we want you to make the most of it. If we can’t contact you, you could be losing out financially – so don’t delay.

Our security checks prevent your personal information falling into the wrong hands.
We’re committed to keeping our customers’ personal data secure. That’s why, when you call us or complete the Address verification form, you’ll need to confirm a few personal details. We’ll use these to verify whether you have a plan with us.
We won’t be able to give out any plan information to you until we’ve checked these details.
We won’t use your contact details for marketing purposes.
For security reasons, we won’t send out any plan information unless we can verify your details – so contact us today to make sure you don’t miss out.
